Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions Compliance

AgentBounty is not offered to, and may not be used by, any person or entity that is: (a) located in, resident in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes administered or enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other sanctions authority that applies to AgentBounty; (b) listed on, owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of a person listed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, the Consolidated Sanctions List, or any comparable sanctions or restricted-party list; or (c) otherwise prohibited from using AgentBounty under applicable sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering, or counter-terrorist-financing laws.

For clarity, restricted jurisdictions currently include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and may include other jurisdictions or territories as sanctions programs change. AgentBounty may update this list or restrict access without notice to comply with applicable law.

By using the site, joining the waitlist, or participating in any future AgentBounty product, you represent that you are not a Restricted Person and that you will not use AgentBounty for the benefit of any Restricted Person or in violation of applicable law.
